Utah Mammoth Interested in Jason Robertson | Is it worth it?

Robertson is a bona-fide 40 goal-90 point scorer, and is in his prime at 26, but I am a believer that we'd be giving up too much. GMBA is aggressive, but he isn't aggressive in the sense that he would compromise the future for one guy.

Robertson declined a 8yr/15M AAV deal from Seattle (can't blame him) but we'd likely have to give up a high pick, potentially a prospect, and pay him $12-14M a year.

Interesting (albeit unlikely) situation here - would love to hear your thoughts.

Grayson Rodriguez | 4.2IP, 7 H, 2 R, 2 BB, 11 Ks in a rehab start with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga

Command was solid - left a few breaking balls over the plate, but was overall good. Needs to establish his fastball early in counts and continue to build up the workload, but the command was there. Would like to see him throw a game or two in Salt Lake before he joins the big league boys.

Peterka has not been good this series. Played barely over 8 minutes of even strength ice time and didn't see the ice for the last 10 minutes of regulation and all of overtime. Likely disciplinary as he was still on the bench. What are the future implications for JJ this series AND in the future years?

I believe there's still a way back for him to be a legit contributor. He scored over 20 goals and showed improved defensive metrics this year. Let's not forget that Crouse had a down year last season (even got scratched a game when he was fully healthy) and then rebounded incredibly this year. Either way, slightly concerning for Mammoth fans.

Interested to hear your thoughts.
