u/Twangalot

This is the first page from a tiny book measuring about 9cm x 8cm with around 200 pages. It is very fragile with the back cover missing but the remaining part of the front cover page has the date 10th July 1792. I found it amongst my Mother's belongings after she died and it has obviously been in my family for some years! I would love to try and identify the shorthand and perhaps find out something about its contents. Any help at all would be very much appreciated.
