This Is Your Sign to Watch City of God

After seeing it on film lists for years and not knowing anything about it (other than it was set in a Brazilian favela) I finally got around to watching it and wow! This was my 50th movie of the year and my first 5 star.

The creative and beautiful cinematography, the unique way the story unfolds, the characters, everything was outstanding. If it's been sitting in your watchlist, just watch it!
