Beat Kat Kraydel a second time.
This is my old ice only playthrough from last year. I beat them a second time to prove a point to someone, that the fight can be beaten without a meta team. With good RNG and strategy it is very much possible.

Found some funny out of bounds stuff.
So if you enable debug mode it allows you to use rock smash, meaning you can break the rocks on route 111. The Flygon does nothing, but the NPC battles do work and give you the region hats.
