What object should be a relic in BO7 ?

It still bothers me that the summoning key is a relic, but hey ! That means anything could be a relic, even the sentinel artifact

EDIT : I forgot that the turbine was already a relic. Just ignore it

Are we just not getting the HUD themes they announced in the BO 7 launch blog post?

Treyarch said we would be getting unique and old HUD themes for zombies. However, we've gotten like 6 HUD themes since launch and they are all from the Blackcell or the collab events. We haven't gotten any of the leaked HUD themes yet. Including the BO 3 ones. We are getting one more map and then zombies content for BO 7 is done. Its way too late to get these themes now.

Its basically Factions again where they announce a feature and then it never comes to the game. Except this feature is basically finished and a lot easier to implement.

What’s your favorite non-Treyarch zombies map?

Mine are Spaceland (the classic, absolute banger map, those 150 GB are worth it just for that map), and the one I’d recommend that almost nobody played is The Frozen Dawn from WWII

HOLY SHIT, WHAT A FUCKING GOOD MAP

Seriously, if you ever get the chance to try it, do it. It’s a map that has nothing to envy from a Treyarch one

My hope for relics in the last map:

More fun ones like the Agarthan Device, Samantha's Drawing, and Dragon Egg!

I feel like we have a good spread of "meta" relics at this point to get to tier three but I hope they get really creative for the last few. I've honestly had so much fun relic hunting and finding good combos and i'm a huge fan of ones that change up usual gameplay a lot.

What kind of relics would you like to see on the last map?

i recently got bo7 and have been enjoying zombies a lot, but one thing has been in my mind

am i just playing with literal bots? this is not meant to be rude at all but i'm seriously starting to believe it is the case. i don't understand how these supposedly level 400 randoms keep consistently going down while i'm absolutely fine as a fresh install? does the game not even gets easier as you progress with the augments and such?

this is pretty much every other match too. before even round 10 there's a random that went down 5 separate instances for no explainable reason.

for context, i just reached level 37. the only augment i have is some free fall thing. haven't played cod zombies since bo2.

How Does the Gramophone Relic Interact with Wonder Weapons?

The relic is bullets deal increased damage, but each shot consumes 2 bullets. I would assume it only works on bullet weapons. Are we aware with how this relic interacts with wonder weapons or other unique weapons or melees (you never know lol)? Does it not affect them at all? Does it not increase damage but still eat up ammo? Does it work on them too or work on some Wonder Weapons and not others? Curious to see what people have learned so far. I believe Doughnuts said he will try the relic out and hopefully do some tests. I will try to test when I’m free to play.

Can't wait to experience this map with others again

With BO2/BO1 soon to come over to PS5/PS4, lobbies will be filled once again as they were back then

I really enjoyed this map when playing with others

For those wondering, Bus Depot Survival is the toughest map in Zombies history

No Perks, no PaP, no buildables, the best weapon is the Ray Gun (Mark II if you have DLC), and it was tough to train on with limited space and zombies coming from every other direction

I remember everyone camping in the back alley but usually a good player would leave the spot to go train zombies as it'd help take some heat off the other players

Chances are you weren't being revived if you went down past round 20 unless a Monkey Bomb was thrown

What is your highest round on this map (solo and co-op)?

BO7 is 50% off on steam. Is it worth for zombies?

Title. I picked it up at launch but I refunded after the garbage campaign and obvious Gen ai slop. But all the hype for zombies has me considering biting the bullet again.

Also how's mp? I know this isn't the sub for that but im curious how it panned out as well.

Edit: Alright you guys win. I picked it up. Looking forward to all the zombies goodness.

Blacks ops 3 Revelations Map

Hello guys I hope you're all doing well.

I am really struggling on the Revelations map (the DLC one in Black Ops 3). I can't seem to get past round 17 which is the highest I've ever reached even when I was playing the game quite a bit.

I was wondering if you could give me some newbie beginner tips. Specifically:

  1. What is the best way to move around the map to start off with?
  2. Is it worth getting the wall guns, or should you just save up your points to open all the doors and then get the box guns for 950 points? Or are those too expensive?
  3. On solo is it worth getting Gobblegums? Since you have to pay 500 points each time it feels like a bit of a gamble.

I'm looking for the best way to beat this map solo, or at least get high enough to the point where I can Pack-a-Punch my guns. I also don't know if Revelations has certain special weapons like bows; I'm not sure if that's possible here.

I'd really appreciate some advice on this and how you guys manage to survive so long on Revelations.

Do you think they keep writing and rewriting how the Dark Aether works? The Construct, seemingly SUPER DUPER important has been MIA since Vanguard.

It just feels like Treyarch didn't really know what to do with the Dark Aether properly until BO7. I enjoy the angle of it being molded out of memories and stuff like that, but it's interesting to see how it supposedly went from just "our world but evil and purple" to "Huge Dimension that actually has a bunch of Gods and actually there's this big ass rock that is the God of the Gods, which was red for whatever reason" to "actually it's a billion different spaces that are created from our memories."

I also really dislike how VG's plot points were mostly forgotten, they could've been expanded properly like Krafft and his relationship with Eddie, which led to the overall story, but everything else is just... nowhere to be seen. Making traditional japanese folklore stuff real in Takeo's world was cool but I wish the Path of Sorrows had something to do with Saraxis, considering the implication the she was one of the first DA entities to make contact with humans in ancient Japan which would fit Takeo's original timeline perfectly. But with Richtofen's alt Von List, it kinda diminishes Kortifex and the other DA deities because it implies there are other timeline versions of them.

Am I crazy for thinking they just mostly write this stuff on the fly??

Poor Weaver 💀

Look how happy he looked now he is currently fighting a dragon with a samurai, fat russian, ugly american , n*zi, carver, sexy lesbian doctor and a h*rny filipina, doing all that just to die in a basement in urzikstan AND Treyach doesn’t even let him speak in cutscenes or cinematics. What would Hudson, Mason and Woods think 😔.

FUN FACT: When a Nuke power up is present, zombies will strangely walk around it instead of through it. This doesn't occur when any other power up is present, and it's unclear why this happens.

Not sure how many games have this odd AI pathfinding bug, but it was super present with Black Ops 4 for me
