Can a phone destroy a usb-c charger?
I've had an extremely bizarre situation last night. My Nintendo switch usb-c charger broke. It only charges intermittently. It would do the same with my phone, any other usb-c device and no matter what socket I plugged it into. The charger is no more than a month old

My phone has admittedly been a little busted up for a while now and the screen does have some pixel-ly distortions so I'm wondering if a damaged phone could have broken both of these chargers so quickly? No issues with overheating or anything like that, just with the display.
