Still considering what to do with the dining room, making the guest bedroom to the right of the entryway smaller to accommodate an entryway closet and making a true 3-car garage.
Family of five moving into a riverfront property, likely six in the future. Two adults (35), two kids under 2, planning at least one more, plus my 80 year old father in law who lives with us full time.
Ask we gave the architect: 5+ bedrooms with one functioning as a separate in-law suite, take advantage of the river views, add a pool and a golf simulator. Thoughts? What are we missing?
Notes: we are going to put my dad where the exercise room is and put the golf simulator above the garage.
