I see a therapist affilated with NYU and recently over summer break got I guess like a bill because the majority of the costs incurred weren't covered under my plan? When I first started it said my sessions were like $25 copay, but checking the bill its straight up like $500 or $600 I gotta pay on top of the health insurance cost in my tuition, which could be worse but I mean, was I naiive to just believe it covered most things at NYU?

Hey, is there a way either in TickTick or in Apple Reminders for that matter (I'll take anything) where I can set a reminder to ring my phone like an alarm when it reaches that time? I've tried using reminders but they don't work for me because in order for me to remember, I have to be absolutely interrupted, it needs to ring my phone like its my wakeup alarm
