Analyzing Evil: Pagan Min from Far Cry 4

Analyzing Evil: Pagan Min from Far Cry 4

Now I’d actually prefer to see a video on the entirety of Far Cry 4, due to many characters being quite bad people (Looking at you Amita and Sabal). But despite me preferring the whole game, I would kill for a Pagan analysis. Probably the best Far Cry villain in my opinion. A surprisingly likeable character, who despite being a ruthless and sadistic dictator, manages to be the morally better side in the game who seems to care about Ajay and doesn’t want to kill him despite all the shit he does. Law wise as well, he’s a super sympathetic characters despite being the man he is

Analyzing Evil: The Characters And Themes Of Marty Supreme (2025)

This movie is an interesting case because ultimately there’s a lot of notable characters who I think are noteworthy, but I wouldn’t say they’re like pure evil or really that evil. Most of the characters in this movie are stuck up and selfish assholes who want money. Marty especially is a petty brat of a person who steals, hurts people and refuses to accept that maybe his career is done for and he needs to stop doing what he’s doing

I would absolutely love to see an analysis for this movie though. About 60% of the characters are just bad people but none are like evil outside of that criminal with the dog

Analyzing Evil: Lyle T. Rourke from Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001)

By far Disney’s best twist villain to date and one of their most underrated. Rourke is introduced as a smart and experienced explorer who knew Milo’s grandfather and seemed decently trustworthy, who turned out to be a evil scumbag hellbent on making a fortune off of something that he knew would kill a entire civilisation. Incredibly memorable and evil character

Analyzing Evil: The Tall Man from Phantasm

One of horror’s most underrated antagonists and a really interesting one at that. A combination of Freddy Krueger & Pinhead, surprisingly coming before them, who is a interdimensional being hellbent on ruling the world with a undead army. Angus Scrim played his so goddamn well and he’s such a memorable Horror Villain

I honestly though Fugitives was great

I’m someone who’s still on my first time watching the entire show (Now on Season 4), and I’m definitely someone who will agree that the show got far weaker after Season 1. Generations was flawed by still enjoyable and I though Villains was shit, so I was going into Fugitives with low expectations… and I was shocked by how much I actually enjoyed Fugitives

I think this arc was honesty solid and suspenseful. I loved how every character worked together, I liked the very first few episodes and the plane crash stuff with everyone teaming up, Sylar was great this season and it felt like he was back to his Season 1 self. I think the stuff they did with Matt, Peter, Hiro, Claire & Noah was great. Hell I even like Danko as a villain. Daphne’s death fucking broke me as well

The only negatives I will give is that killing Daphne off so soon after being introduced the same season kinda hurt, and they did a lot of damage to Nathan’s character this season and him being behind most of the shit was so out of character

I really liked this arc tbh and I prefer it over Generations. Season 1 is still the best, but Fugitives is a second place for me

Analyzing Evil: Toni Cipriani from Grand Theft Auto III/Liberty City Stories

By far one of the most evil characters in the series and the most evil protagonist. Toni is just a flat out psychopath. The guy is Salvatore’s main guy who literally did everything he got tasked to do even if it included flat out bombing somewhere and killing hundreds of people. Toni is like the most outright vile protagonist when it comes to his actions. Trevor or Claude might be bad, but Toni is something else

Analyzing Evil: Long John Silver from Treasure Planet (2002)

Literally the only time Disney managed to make a good anti hero type antagonist in their movies. Silver is one of Disney’s absolute best tbh. Starts off as a selfish murderer hell bent on finding the treasure of a lifetime, but develops as the movie goes on due to his care and love for Jim Hawkins. Absolutely amazing character

Analyzing Evil: The Jackal from Far Cry 2

Easily Far Cry’s most underrated antagonist. While I do think Pagan & Joseph deserve to be analysed before him, I unironically would be so happy to see The Jackal analysed first. He’s a really underrated villain who isn’t truly evil with his motives, but like he is nowhere close to being a good person in any way due to his actions. He’s a arms dealer and a war lord after all, but he’s a interesting character and worth a analysis

Analyzing Evil: Michael De Santa from GTA V

I know Trevor is the preferred suggestion from this game, but I honestly prefer Michael tbh. I found his character way more interesting and Ned Luke voices him so goddamn well tbh. Ultimately he isn’t as evil as Trevor, but he is still not a good person by and means. I like his arc with his family especially cause it shows he can be a good person overall

Analyzing Evil: Sandman from Spiderman 3

I get that Spiderman 3 is a pretty divisive film for people, but one of the best aspects of it was easily Sandman as a character. In a lot of ways, he reminds me of DCAU Mr Freeze cause of the similar aspects of their characters. Flint isn’t truly evil, he’ll he’s easily the most likeable and sympathetic villain of the Tobey films. A man whose love for his daughter and dedication to her caused him to do bad things that he regretted. And it’s funny to me that out of all the rogues in the trilogy, the only one who lived was the guy who technically killed Uncle Ben

Analyzing Evil: Gaston from Beauty And The Beast

A genuinely entertaining and memorable character, despite being a full on egotistical and abusive monster who couldn’t accept that one girl had no interest in dating him despite his obsession with her
