RC520 Lite - Shifter Issue - Newbie Pls Help
So I took the delivery of RC 520 light from DSI brigade Road on Monday 18th of May.
So I took it out for a spin today and there is an issue with the front derailer the down shift is really clunky the shift is still fine so while I took the delivery it almost took three guys of theirs and almost 2 hours to fix the front derailer . I'm worried if I should keep this bike or should I get it replaced or return it. could you please help me with this.
I live in Indiranagar, so I took it's a nearest Decathlon store that is to me and the moment he saw the bike and he changed the gears, first thing is said was the shifter is gone. And he was speaking to someone on the phone he said that there who probably works at that store, he asked me to take this bike to brigade road store and tell that there is a gear tuning issue.
