Since Versant purchased Vudu and made it Fandango I’ve had many issues with glitch’s or playback issues. Vudu used to have a customer service line that was based in America and was very responsive and helpful. Now it seems customer service has been shipped overseas and they seem entirely incapable of solving or helping with issues, instead they fish for personal information I’d consider excessive and kick the problem down the road incessantly. Now with my most recent issue (4k purchase of Mad Max Fury Road only showing in SD) they’re requiring I provide allll of my personal information and bank statements. Anyone else experiencing issues like this with them?
