Picked up my Island bundle yesterday, love it and cant want to get some rounds though it.
Out of the box, its very impressive for its price point!

I have a Moto Series Tissot Race, amazing๐
Added my Citizen for fun!
First post here and new to sub.. have tons of various carry options currently, both compact, full size, and a micro. But love the look and price of the Island, any concerns to keep in mind??

Have a few GX2 models, a new GX2 TORO, and finally found a Tx22 Gen2 TORO!
Have had a couple previous GC models but sold those a while back. So far nothing crazy, but NCEngravers did an awesome job on one of my GX2 slides with raptor cut and re coated. One of my other new GX2's has a GX4 TORO slide that will eventually get a optic as well. And yes, I found a way to put g17 irons on a tx22 that fit perfect, however you will have to get creative installing the rear sight as the Glock clamp tool does not have a plate that holds the .22 in place ๐. I do have a freedom fingers frt for it already but wanting to get some more rounds in it and enjoy it as is first, its such an amazing gun right out of the box. Opted for the combo pack that included viridian green dot, also got a few extended rd mags.
I have many pews and types, but gotta love the price point of these new Taurus's ๐
These giving Plasencia a run for their money lately.
Solid everyday type of cigar, not over powering, lots of smoke and excellent draw. Would be a great choice for newbies trying to enter the medium bodied world of stogies even.
Havent had that many CH over the years to be honest, but this made me want to light up a second after I finished this one! Construction, draw, smoke were all there. I'd put this up there in scrore it into the low to mid 90s!
Delightful treat this evening.
So creamy and robust! ๐
The Maduro wrapper for this JT hits the spot, esp in this Tx heat ๐ฅ
This was on table display this week for highlight smoke of the week, so wanted to give it a try.
Attire: Very nice appeal to the eye
Construction: Could of been a bit tighter, had the food and head wanting to unwravel at random spots during the burn.
Taste: Paired with a local IPA hazy beer, was alright with peppery leather, lots of smoke, but after taste was a bit off putting
Draw: Had a good draw when used with V cut, no issues with keeping it lit and no draw issues.
Overall: For the price point, prob wouldnt recommend this to many smokers or non smokers new to the hobby, its a heavy Body and earthy aroma that felt similar to Oliva Series V Maduro.
Any one else give this one a go yet, how do you rate it?
Maybe buy another if I come across it at a later time, but for this price point (which is more than double my usual) , Id rather smoke a Alma Sixto ii.
Smoked it down to the fingernail ๐
Aint much but its relaxing ๐
Deff purchasing a few more soon.
