I’ll keep it brief: my father has a great, sturdy hat and jacket from the ‘94 World Cup. Embroidered, quality materials, you get the gist.

The stuff I’ve seen for the current World Cup is pretty bad. Don’t love the designs, a lot of it looks cheap, and I’m worried it’ll peel or fade within a few years. That goes for the legit FIFA stuff in particular.

Has anyone found good, quality merch this go around? I’ll be in town this coming weekend and was hoping to get a belated Father’s Day gift. Plus I wouldn’t mind something for myself, too.

My mother and father went to the game today, and my brother and I wanted him to get her a scarf for Mother’s Day, but he said they were sold out when he tried. He also said he even saw one woman buying 6 ahead of him.

Anyone know if they plan to sell online?

There’s no game thread yet, but I currently have no place to watch the match. I’m out of town and don’t have ESPN, and frankly I’ve yet to find a good alternative online for NWSL games.

Any recommendations or promos I should be aware of?
