Switching from Reta to Tirz because of side effects?

I’ve been on Reta since beginning January and slowly increased my dose from 0.5 mg to 3 mg.

Context: I’m F, a fast responder, my blood pressure tends to run on the lower side, and my main goal was to get leaner, lose some belly fat, and improve insulin sensitivity.

Honestly, my experience has been a rollercoaster. The first 1–2 months were rough:
• extreme fatigue
• strong appetite suppression
• sensitive itchy skin
• increased heart rate (especially with movement, sometimes it felt like my heart would jump out of my chest)
• low mood, low motivation/anhedonia

It also made working out difficult because my heart rate would go up too hard and fast.

I lost around 8–9 kg in about 3 months.
Now that I’ve reached my goal, I’m considering switching to low dose Tirz mainly for maintenance, insulin sensitivity, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

The biggest reasons are the increased heart rate and anhedonia, which really affect my motivation, mood, and ability to work out or start tasks.

For people who switched from Reta ➡️ Tirz, or have experienced both, how was your experience? Did you notice:
• increased heart rate
• low mood/anhedonia
• bloating or inflammation changes?
Would you recommend Tirz over Reta?

Also, what starting dose of Tirz worked best for maintenance, insulin sensitivity, and inflammation?
