Thinking of adding some formula after EBF, help me put my feelings into words?

I've been EBF for 5 months, baby has CMPA and is really sensitive to even small amounts of milk soya or beef (potentially some other foods). She is very refluxy, we are on omeprazole aswell and have seen a lactation consultant. It is really hard to pump enough milk at a good time when she isn't having a flare up so it's not contaminated, and so I haven't left her with Dad in the house for any time over 30 mimutes yet.

I'm conscious that hydrolysed formula will be allergen free, and that I need to start having some of my own space back for even an hour or two a week.

The odd bottle of formula absolutely makes sense, but I feel so sad and resistant about it and I can't put my finger on why and put it into words.

Anyone that can speak on this feeling and give my sleep deprived baby brain some context I'd be really grateful. Also any experiences about giving formula. Thanks x

How do I go on holiday?!

We're looking to get an Airbnb or similar to visit my Dad at Christmas, baby will be 9 months and is currently already super mobile and very curious for her age, I dread to think what she'll get into by then 😬

I'm trying to find somewhere safe that we can afford, fits a cot in the bedroom, and that I can cook and eat Christmas Dinner in (we can't go out, allergies) but everywhere has stairs or an open plan kitchen - has anyone ever brought child gates on holiday with them? Any other ideas? Obviously we'll be watching her, but I'd rather eliminate the risk so I can relax a tiny bit 😅

Pram reccomendations

Hi, looking for help with a new pram. My 3mo loves to look around but can't sit up yet which is leading to lots of fussing until I pick her up (unless we go under trees consistently which I can't guarantee I'm gonna find in Morrisons).

I need to be able to change between lying her down for sleeping and up and looking about and I want something light and foldable I can whip on and off public transport and that will fit in the boot of my tiny car.

I will be looking secondhand so I'm a bit bound by what's available but a few brands to keep an eye out for would be helpful please.

Also am I best just waiting for 4mo and sitting at this point?

Current pram is an ickle bubba with a bassinet which is unexpectedly cumbersome.

Thanks!
