Where/How to get Premiere Pro?
Hello, as the title says I'm curious to how or where I can get Premiere Pro here, I am new to this so any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone help me diagnosing this?
As you can see in the video when attempting to turn on the laptop the power light comes on for a while, turns off, comes back on again, then shuts off again.
I’ve tried swapping SSDs, swapping RAM, removing the battery and relying on wall power, I can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.
