Questions about group travel with teens

I usually fly Air Canada with my own family, but am taking a group of 18, including 12 teenage girls to Europe this summer. (Charlotte (CLT) → London Heathrow (LHR) and Paris (CDG) → Chicago (ORD). Most of the kids have never been on long flights before, this will be the first flight for several.

Are there any airline specific tips I should be aware of to keep things moving smoothly?

Technology/media/device charging and food will likely be the most important things to them! For example, the website says "Whilst flying across the Atlantic you’ll enjoy meals, as well as our delicious ice cream service." and "Mid-flight snacks"

Does that apply to economy fare as well? Are the snacks pretzels and Biscoff or is there something more substantial?

Are there screens on the backs of seats, or will they need to plan to stream media to their phones? Charging ports at each seat or should they plan for battery packs?

Any odd boarding practices we wouldn't know ahead of time? Any experiences flying with teen girls specifically you want to share?

Contactless transport Question for traveling with student group

I'm bringing a group of 18, including 12 Girl Scout teenagers to London this summer. Transportation will be paid from our troop account (i.e. a single payment card).

Reading about the options, it seems like maybe having each of them install the TLF app on their phones is the way to go, and link all those accounts to our troop card? But some of the reviews for the app make it sound like you 1) cannot set this up until you're IN London. 2) might have to have a British address on the card to link payment?

Is there any easier way to do this for a large group? Most, but not all of the kids have Apple devices if there's a way to make Apple Pay work? Am I missing a better app or load-able card solution here?
