Pre-everything. What can I do to pass?

My body is super curvy and instantly gives me away, I know. I'm hopefully starting T soon and plan to try losing some weight and then putting on muscle. Besides that, what can I do to pass? My face is really feminine and I'm not sure how it can be helped.

Also, do you think I need a haircut? xd
