What's your advice: Month 1 1.5 mg, Month 2 - 4 mg, Month 3 ...... ??
I'm about seven weeks into this journey and feeling the intended effect and happy with my result on 4 mg. I need to order my next bottle - anyone have a recommendation of staying on the same dose or increasing?
