Heavenfold buildings

I just started playing today. Completed world 1 while watching guides and advice. I noticed some videos saying about heavenfold buildings getting destroyed after reaching a certain point in the story line. Is that true? The video was pretty old, is it still the same though? Do i have to re upgrade all those buildings again after they get destroyed? Is it better to just not build them and save my time?

Personas for premium

I'm a premium user and i got 625 limit, quite good and helps skip extra dialogues. Doesnt feel like its worth the weekly though lol. I really wish they restored chat history. It says 30 days of no contact limit for subscribers but I'm too scared to do that and risk losing my remaining chats lol
