7 day suspension and forced user id change because of the NA1 tagline?
I've been trying to get this penalty removed from my account for 8 days now... even after it's lapsed I want it to be overturned and my honor 5 restored. it feels impossible to get an actual riot support employee to look at my tickets and the automated responses always closes any new tickets immediately.
The NA1 tag is the default for all accounts on the NA server so why is that even being flagged by an automated review.
