Affordable NYC photographer/videographer for casual wedding party?

hi! looking for an affordable photographer and/or videographer for our NYC wedding reception/party this october 1st. we only need photo coverage for the party, not the ceremony. we need videographer for everything.
we’re on a budget and totally open to people who are newer, building their portfolio, students, etc. mostly looking for candid/documentary-style photos + video rather than anything super formal.

october wedding 80 guests affordable venue

Looking for NYC wedding reception venue recommendations!
My fiancé and I are eloping at City Hall this October, and we're looking for a fun place to celebrate afterward with about 80guests.
Our ideal vibe is cozy, historic, downtown NYC-think Seaport, Tribeca, SoHo, or the West Village. We'd love somewhere with great cocktails and food that feels more like a neighborhood restaurant or bar than a traditional wedding venue.
We're hoping to avoid a full buyout if possible and instead find a place that can do a food & beverage minimum, private or semi-private space, or separate tabs. A cash bar option would be ideal.
we'd love to hear any hidden gems or venues people have loved. Budget is flexible for the right fit, but we're trying to avoid the $15k+ buyout minimums we've been running into.
Any recommendations would be so
