looking to hire an accountant for my startup based in Qatar.

i have a startup medical company based in Qatar that's about 6 months old. we have reached a point in sales that we cannot keep accounts ourselves and we need someone else who is well versed in it. in this early stage, i am looking for an accountant from Kerala who is either a recent graduate or has a few years of experience. the job will be part time and work from home, and will include pay (10k inr with the possibility of increments later on as my company grows ). i prefer to hire someone new who can bring fresh ideas to the table and take over every aspect of company accounts independently without supervision, instead of experienced professionals who have a tendency to be rigid in their ways. my company partners are also young, we are all 27 years old. you may also apply if you're an exceptionally smart student who is yet to graduate.
my non negotiable :
must know how to operate accounting software of your choice as easy as drinking water.
must know how to utilize Claude to make both of our lives easier.
must know how to give me projections, deadlines, targets, based on every sale and every expense and transaction.
must give me ideas on how to better optimize financials. think more like a partner than an employee. every penny you help me save goes a long way.
must never submit a report to me with errors. if i wanted that i would've done it myself. its your responsibility to triple check your numbers.
i will need instant live reports of changes to our financials every time a transaction happens. don't worry, we have like maybe 10 transactions a day.
my negotiable :
i don't care how many hours you work. i just need things done.
i don't care if you have a day job/college, i just need my stuff done.
i don't care where you are based either as this is WFH for you.
if you have business / startup experience, we would love it.

there will be a 3 month probationary period after which if you are accepted, your salaried term at my company will begin.
