DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2155 - Pixie Dust, Brooms & Bayou Lights! 🧚✨🪄🐸

V2155 of the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide is ready!

As a reminder, I'm currently making a temporary jump ahead to the 2026 updates. I decided to do this because I felt players who are already further along in the game were starting to be neglected while I continued working through the older updates chronologically.

I haven't abandoned the updates I skipped, and I still plan to go back and work through them. This temporary jump just lets me get newer content into the tracker for the players who need it now instead of making them wait until I've completely caught up.

V2155 covers The Emperor's New Groove Part 2, Disney Fairies, Fantasia Part 2, Disney Fairies Part 2, and The Princess and the Frog Part 2.

This release adds complete progression data for Chicha, Periwinkle, Queen Clarion, Magic Broom, Ray, Silvermist, Rosetta, and Vidia, along with 60 new quests and 119 new Token Activities for the newly added progression content.

The park gets some new additions too, including Ladybug Painting Station and The Bayou Journey, complete Level 1-5 enchantment data for both attractions, and 12 new Park Inventory entries consisting of 2 attractions, 6 decorations, and 4 concessions. The Disney Fairies Parade Float and Tiana's Adventurer costume have also been added.

A few existing areas of the tracker received updates along the way. Prerequisite-to-obtain information was expanded for a number of permanent Kingdom-story characters, several Obtained Through entries were updated, all Snow White CharacterLevels now consistently use Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Fantasia Gardens and Fairways is now correctly listed under Fantasia on the Park Inventory Checklist.

For anyone bringing their existing progress forward, Migration Tool v1.22 is still the correct version. No new Migration Tool release is needed for V2155.

I've also included the usual detailed V2154 → V2155 Change Notes PDF for anyone who wants a much deeper look at everything included in this release.

Application Update: The standalone DMK Tracker & Guide application is also starting to take shape! I've moved beyond the planning stage and now have the foundation of the desktop application running, the overall interface and navigation taking shape, and work underway on the system that will eventually import and manage the tracker data.

I'm also designing it specifically around the things that are difficult to do well in Excel rather than simply turning the workbook into an app. The plan is for it to eventually include much more detailed character and attraction information, better progress tracking, token inventory tracking, clearer unlock requirements, and other tools that can use all of that information together.

There's still a lot to build and I'm not putting a release date on it yet, but it has officially gone from "something I'd like to make someday" to something that's actually being developed. The workbook will continue to be supported while the application is being built, and I'll share more as it starts becoming something I can actually show off.

Thank you again to everyone who uses the tracker, sends corrections my way, and has been patient while I work through both the historical backlog and the newer content. Hopefully this temporary jump helps those of you who are further into the game while I continue filling in everything I've skipped.

DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2154 - Mulan, Cinderella & a Trip Down the Bayou! 🪭🐸

Hey everyone! I'm back with another update to the Complete Tracker & Guide. This one moves the workbook through Mulan Part 2 / Cinderella Part 3 and then into The Princess and the Frog Event Update.

There ended up being quite a bit more buried in this update than I originally expected. Along with the new game content, I went back through a bunch of older quest and token-source data that needed another pass, so this release includes both new content and quite a few corrections.

Some of the bigger player-facing changes include:

  • 95 new quests added across the two updates
  • 21 new Park Inventory items — 7 attractions, 7 decorations, and 7 concessions
  • Updated acquisition information for 13 characters
  • New unlock information for 3 costumes
  • Corrections to several Cinderella character requirements
  • A major re-audit of Cinderella, Mulan, and The Princess and the Frog token activities
  • New enchantment information for 6 attractions, including Animation Academy, Reflections of China, and several Princess and the Frog attractions
  • Corrected attraction names and acquisition information, including Buzzztube and Dr. Facilier's Voodoo Emporium

I also spent some time on the less exciting-but-important workbook maintenance side of things. A few areas that had fixed ranges have been made more future-proof so adding data in later updates is less likely to require me to manually repair formulas or tables afterward.

Returning players: use the updated Migration Tool v1.22 when moving your progress into V2154. As usual, you don't have to migrate through every intermediate release — the tool keeps the older compatibility mappings so you can move directly into the newest workbook.

I've also included the detailed change-notes PDF for anyone who wants the full nerdy version of exactly what changed between V2153 and V2154, including the quest additions, token-source before/after changes, attraction updates, and workbook maintenance.

Thanks again to everyone who keeps using the tracker, reporting things that look off, and helping me gradually work my way through all of this older game data. These historical updates can get surprisingly messy, but the workbook keeps getting better because of it.

And with that, V2154 is ready to go. See you all in the bayou 🐸✨

Update about the DMK Tracker!

Hey Everybody!

Just wanted to let you know that I am going forward with the application of the DMK Tracker. It should provide easier navigation, more information, features not possible with the Excel spreadsheet version and also be able to calculate everything way faster. It will also receive updates (either through the application checking online or by downloading and installing an update file) which will remove the need for the migration tool.

The app will take some time to develop and I will be working on it in spurts alongside the Excel spreadsheet. My eventual goal is to no longer require the spreadsheet. The more I add to it the slower it will get so this is definitely the best case scenario. I will keep updating the spreadsheet until I am confident the app is ready though.

I have also decided to temporarily jump to all the updates done in 2026. All the work I have done so far would have helped new players but it has sort of been neglecting older players. These updates will add the following:

The Emperor's New Groove Part 2

Disney Fairies

Fantasia Part 2

Disney Fairies Part 2

The Princess and the Frog Part 2

Mickey & Friends

Cinderella Part 5

Cinderella Part 6

Zootopia Part 4

Toy Story 5

Cars Part 2

Monsters, Inc. Part 3

Moana Part 3

Fantasia Part 3

Cars Part 3 (Limited)

The cars 3 update data is still being added to the wiki so I may not have all the data just yet but I will update the tracker as I see changes.

This should cover a decent portion of the latest content that has been added to the game and help older players however keep in mind that there is A LOT still missing from the tracker.

Thank you for all your patience and support!

Thinking about turning the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide into an application — would you use it?

I've been thinking about where to take the tracker next, and one possibility I'm starting to explore is eventually turning the spreadsheet into an actual application.

The workbook has grown into a lot more than a basic tracker, with characters, attractions, quests, token activities, collections, guides, calculations, planning tools, and more. As it continues to grow, I'm also starting to think about the long-term limits of keeping everything inside Excel. Even before hitting any hard Excel limits, more data, formulas, calculations, formatting, and workbook logic can eventually make things harder to maintain and expand.

An application could give the project a lot more room to grow while also making it easier to use.

Some of the ideas I'm considering:

  • A cleaner interface built specifically around the tracker instead of spreadsheet tabs
  • Better searching, filtering, and navigation
  • Progress stored on your own device with backup/import options and no account required
  • DMK data updates without having to migrate your progress into a new workbook every release
  • More freedom to add new guides, calculations, and features without worrying as much about Excel limitations

I'm also working on some early (emphasis on early... and rushed lol) concept screens to see what the different parts of the workbook could look like as actual software.

This is still just something I'm exploring, so nothing is decided yet. I will continue to work on the spreadsheet until I have something solid of course.

Would you use an application version instead of the spreadsheet? And what would you most want to see improved or added if it became an app?

DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2153 – Under the Sea, Up the Tower, and Into the Internet! 🌊🏰🕹️

Hey everyone!

V2153 of my Disney Magic Kingdoms Complete Tracker & Guide is ready, and this ended up being a pretty big update. This release brings the workbook all the way through the Wreck-It Ralph Update, while also filling in a lot of older information that was still missing from the tracker.

This one covers The Little Mermaid, a historical Villain Tower Takeover quest batch, Mickey's 90th Anniversary, and Wreck-It Ralph — so there was quite a bit to work through!

Some of the biggest changes:

  • 182 quests added, including the full Little Mermaid and Wreck-It Ralph batches plus the older Villain Tower quests and additional Kingdom quests.
  • 30 new Park Inventory items added across attractions, decorations, and concessions.
  • A pretty extensive Token Activities re-audit, with updated token names, qualities, character requirements, attraction requirements, Elixir costs, and earning sources.
  • Character acquisition information has been filled in or corrected for a number of characters from The Little Mermaid, Wreck-It Ralph, Nightmare Before Christmas, and a few other collections.
  • Several Character Level token requirements were corrected, including The Mayor, Ariel, and Vanellope.
  • More costume unlock information has been filled in, including several Comfy and Classic costumes.
  • Attraction information was cleaned up with corrected chest sources, requirements, and Elixir prices — including Princess Dressing Room at 22,500 Elixir, Steamboat Willie at 7,500, and Toy Story Mania at 7,500.
  • Collection Completion now has its own sheet, which gives it a lot more room and makes the Summary page less crowded.
  • Every worksheet now has a small information bar at the top explaining what that sheet is for, along with a Back to Summary link.
  • The Summary page now has Quick Navigation to make getting around the workbook easier.
  • I've also started adding Token Farming Insights to the Summary and Full Guide. These are still marked experimental, but they give additional estimates for things like token farming workload, parallel farming time, and possible bottlenecks.

I've been trying to improve more than just the amount of data in each release. A lot of the work lately has been about making the workbook easier to understand and navigate, especially for someone opening it for the first time.

As always, I've also put together a detailed change-notes PDF for anyone who wants to see exactly what changed between V2152 and V2153 rather than just the highlights.

Thank you again to everyone who has been using the tracker, reporting things that look wrong, and helping me keep improving it. There are a lot of little pieces in this workbook now, and the feedback genuinely helps me catch things I otherwise might not notice.

I hope V2153 makes managing your Kingdom a little easier — and if anything gets wrecked, I’m blaming Ralph this time.

DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2152 - Heroes, Pirates & Lost Boys! Oh My!🤖🏴‍☠️⭐

V2152 of the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide is ready!

This release covers two more updates from DMK's history:

🤖 Game Version 3.1.0 - The Big Hero 6 Update
🏴‍☠️ Game Version 3.2.0 - The Pirates of the Caribbean Part 2 & Peter Pan Part 2 Update

This is another fairly large content update, but there's also quite a bit going on with the workbook itself this time - especially around Attractions and some of the reference guides.

🤖🏴‍☠️ What's new

  • 112 new quests across the two updates, representing a little over 32 days of entered quest duration
  • 20 new Park Inventory items
    • 6 Attractions
    • 7 Decorations
    • 7 Concessions
  • Acquisition guidance completed for 13 existing characters, including the Big Hero 6 crew, Captain Barbossa, Davy Jones, Tia Dalma, John Darling, Michael Darling, and Christopher Robin
  • Unlock information completed for 6 existing costumes
  • New Pirate Minnie costume-token requirements
  • Another detailed Token Activities re-audit, with corrected token names, updated earning requirements, new earning activities, and obsolete activities removed
  • Attraction information updated for several Big Hero 6 and Pirates of the Caribbean locations

🏰 Attraction ownership works differently now

One of the bigger tracker changes is how attraction ownership is entered.

If an attraction can be enchanted, its dropdown now gives you:

N/A / 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5

If an attraction cannot be enchanted, it now simply gives you:

No / Yes

Previously, non-enchantable attractions were effectively being represented using the same level-based system as enchantable attractions, even though they don't actually have enchantment levels. That made N/A and Level 0 do double duty as both ownership information and enchantment information.

The new setup separates those two situations much more clearly: No/Yes means ownership for attractions that can't be enchanted, while N/A and Levels 0-5 represent ownership and current enchantment level for attractions that can.

The calculations behind the Attraction Level-Up Guide were also cleaned up so your current attraction levels are properly accounted for when determining which blueprints are needed for the next upgrade.

📖 The reference guides have been reorganized

The token-earning reports are now grouped together and use consistent names:

TokenEarners
CharacterEarners
CostumeEarners
FloatEarners
AttractionEarners

The Public workbook's tabs have also been reorganized to put related things together - Costume Unlocks beside the Costume Token Tracker, Park Inventory beside Attractions, Quest Checklist beside Quest Tasks, and all of the Earners reference guides together.

Hopefully that makes navigating the workbook feel a little more natural.

🔄 Migration Tool 1.21

Migration Tool v1.21 is required for this release.

It includes the accumulated compatibility handling for older workbook names and attraction changes, so you can migrate from an older compatible workbook directly into the new release without having to step through every version in between.

As always, the new workbook's layout, formulas, dropdowns, and new content stay in place while your saved progress is carried over.

📄 Detailed change notes

I've also prepared a full V2149 → V2152 Detailed Change Notes PDF for anyone who wants the complete breakdown.

It goes much deeper than this post, including the new quest registers, Park Inventory additions, character and costume guidance, attraction changes, the reasoning behind the new attraction ownership system, and the full Token Activity Re-Audit with direct before/after comparisons for modified activities plus separate added and removed activity lists.

Thanks again to everyone who's been using the tracker and following along while I continue working through DMK's update history. The workbook has changed quite a bit over these last few releases, and I'm really happy with how some of these older reference and planning areas are starting to come together.

DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2149 — From the Beach to the Meadow! 🌺🦌

V2149 of the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide is ready!

This release covers two more chapters of early DMK history:

🌺 Game Version 2.9.0 — The Lilo & Stitch Update
🦌 Game Version 3.0.0 — The Bambi Update

I originally expected this release to mostly be another big content addition, but it ended up becoming a pretty meaningful workbook cleanup too. While adding Lilo & Stitch and Bambi, I spent some extra time digging into a few older calculations and reference sheets, and that uncovered some things that weren't quite giving players the complete picture they should have.

So V2149 brings a lot of new game data, but also some improvements to how the tracker actually helps you use that data.

🌺🦌 What's new

  • 107 new quests across the Lilo & Stitch and Bambi updates, represented by 111 individual task rows and a little over 36 days of total quest duration
  • 21 new Park Inventory items — 7 Attractions, 7 Decorations, and 7 Concessions
  • Character acquisition information completed for 12 existing characters, including Lilo, Stitch, Angel, Jumba, Nani, Pleakley, Cobra Bubbles, Bambi, Flower, Thumper, Fairy Godmother, and Jack-Jack
  • 25 additional attraction-enchantment level entries across five attractions
  • Another substantial Token Activities re-audit covering content from Lilo & Stitch, Bambi, Cinderella, and The Incredibles
  • Several older attraction names cleaned up, including Pooh's Hunny Hunt, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and 'Ohana

📖 The token reference guides make a lot more sense now

One of my favorite cleanups in this release came from finally figuring out that the old CostumeEarns sheet... wasn't actually about costumes. 😅

It was really showing which tokens each character could earn, so it has now been renamed:

CharacterEarns

It has also been corrected so activities count whether the character appears as Character1 or Character2, making the report much more complete.

And since CostumeEarns was actually a useful report idea, V2149 now includes a brand-new sheet that really does what that name suggests.

The new CostumeEarns guide shows the costume activity, associated character, costume name, whether the costume is owned, and which tokens that costume activity can earn.

The player-facing token reference sheets are also now grouped together more logically:

TokenEarners → CharacterEarns → CostumeEarns → FloatEarns → AttractionTokens

That should make it much easier to answer questions like Who can earn this token?, What can this character earn?, What can this costume earn?, or Which tokens are connected to this attraction?

🔧 Some older workbook logic got some overdue attention

I also did a deeper audit of the user-facing calculations this time.

One particularly important issue involved costume-specific token activities.

Previously, an activity requiring something like Mickey Mouse (Pirate) could potentially be treated as available simply because Mickey himself was at the required level — even if the player didn't actually own the Pirate costume.

That logic now correctly checks both the character requirement and ownership of the required costume.

There were also improvements to character participation calculations, relic-source availability, formula ranges, report capacity, and conditional formatting throughout several areas of the workbook.

A lot of those changes are things you hopefully won't consciously notice while using it — the numbers and availability indicators should just behave more like you'd expect them to.

🔄 Migration Tool 1.17

Because several attraction names were corrected in this release, Migration Tool v1.17 is required when moving existing progress into V2149.

The updated tool includes compatibility handling for those older attraction names so your existing progress can carry forward to the corrected records.

📄 Detailed change notes

As usual, I've also put together a full V2148 → V2149 Detailed Change Notes PDF for anyone who wants to dig into exactly what changed.

It goes much deeper than this post and covers the new quests and Park Inventory additions, individual Token Activity changes, character and attraction corrections, formula repairs, conditional-formatting cleanup, reference-guide improvements, and Migration Tool changes.

Disney Magic Kingdom - OneDrive

This workbook is completely free to use. If it has helped you and you would like to support the time that goes into maintaining and improving it, you can leave an optional tip through my Ko-fi page: Buy Tythesly a Coffee

Tips are never required—I also appreciate everyone who uses the workbook, shares it, reports problems, or suggests improvements.

Thanks again to everyone who's been using the tracker, reporting oddities, and following along while I continue working through DMK's update history.

This release gave me a good excuse to revisit a few parts of the workbook that had been sitting there for a long time, and I'm especially happy that the token-reference section now makes a lot more sense — and that CostumeEarns finally earns its name. 😄

From Experiment 626's tropical trouble to a quiet morning in the meadow — happy tracking! 🌺💙🦌

DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2148 — Off to Never Land… and Then the Hundred Acre Wood! ✨🍯

V2148 of the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide is here, and this one covers two more big chunks of early DMK history: The Peter Pan Update (2.7.0) and The Winnie the Pooh Event Update (2.8.0).

This update ended up being a pretty substantial data pass. The tracker now includes 92 additional quests, taking the permanent Quest ID registry all the way through Q1266, along with 22 more Park Inventory items from Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Fantasia, and Disney Parks.

A few of the bigger player-facing changes:

  • 92 new quests / 94 task rows, covering both the Peter Pan storyline and the original Winnie the Pooh event
  • 22 new Park Inventory items — 8 attractions, 6 decorations, and 8 concessions
  • Acquisition information filled in for 10 Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh characters
  • Several attraction costs, chest sources, collections, and unlock requirements corrected or completed
  • Fantasmic! is now properly classified under Fantasia in the attraction data
  • A fresh Peter Pan/Winnie the Pooh Token Activities re-audit, including 15 revised activities, 39 newly represented activities, and 10 removed outdated sources
  • A few character-level, costume, and quest-data corrections mixed in along the way
  • Quest and Token Activities formula ranges have been extended again so the workbook continues growing with the incoming content

For returning players, the minimum Migration Tool stays at v1.16, and the workbook remains on Structure Version 1, so there isn't a new migration boundary for this release.

As usual, I also put together a full detailed change-notes PDF for anyone who wants to see the exact V2147 → V2148 differences instead of just the highlights. It includes the complete new quest registers, every new Park Inventory item, exact Token Activity changes, attraction/costume corrections, formula-range changes, and the technical release audit.

Thanks again to everyone using the tracker, reporting oddities, and following along while I work my way through DMK's update history. Every one of these releases gets us a little closer to having the whole game properly documented in one place.

Second star to the right, straight on till morning… with a quick detour through the Hundred Acre Wood. ✨🍯

DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2147 - Alice in Wonderland + Snow White! 🐇🍎

Hey everyone!

V2147 of the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide is ready!

This release catches the workbook up through two more game updates:

🐇 Game Version 2.5.0 - The Alice in Wonderland Update
🍎 Game Version 2.6.1 - The Snow White Update

This one turned into quite a project behind the scenes. Along with adding all of the new quest and park content from both updates, I spent a lot of time going back through the existing Alice in Wonderland and Snow White data to clean up older information, update acquisition sources, correct character-level requirements, and recheck token activities.

What's new in V2147?

  • 140 new quests
  • 25 new Park Inventory items
  • Updated character and attraction acquisition information
  • Character level requirement corrections
  • Costume source updates
  • A large Alice in Wonderland & Snow White token-source audit
  • Several character, attraction, collection, and token naming corrections

There were also a few official name changes that required some additional migration handling, so Migration Tool v1.16 is required for this release.

I tested the migration from V2146 into the final V2147 workbook and all 2,094 existing progress records carried over successfully with no unmatched records, warnings, or blocking issues. The new V2147 content will simply be waiting for you to start tracking.

As always, I've also put together a Detailed Change Notes PDF for anyone who wants to dig into exactly what changed between V2146 and V2147. If you just want to update the tracker and get back to your Kingdom, though, you definitely don't need to read all of my Excel homework. 😄

I'm really happy to have another two updates checked off the list. Alice in Wonderland and Snow White both had quite a bit that needed to be revisited, and it feels good to finally have them updated.

Need help figuring out a game from my childhood.

The only things I can remember is that is was for the PC (Windows 95/98 era). Can't remember if it was installed via floppy or cd-rom.

It was a fantasy point and click type of game. The only parts of the levels I can remember is hiding from a troll or goblin who is getting ready to cook something in a cauldron. Another scene was a castle where a genie or some wind spirit was blocking the way in??? God I wish I could remember more but it was over 28 years ago 🤔

V2143 - The Zootopia Update is here!

The case is open—the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide has reached Game Version 2.1.1!

This release covers The Zootopia Update, bringing new quests, attractions, decorations, concessions, and other Zootopia content into the tracker.

Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde may have opened a new case, but the workbook has also received several improvements that should make tracking your Kingdom easier.

🐰 What has been added?

V2143 includes:

  • 27 new quests
  • New Zootopia story and side-quest progress
  • Attractions, decorations, and concessions added to the Park Inventory Checklist
  • New attraction level-up information for Golden Zephyr, Little Rodentia, and Zootopia P.D.

🦊 Better Zootopia token information

The Zootopia token sources have been checked and updated.

Several incorrect requirements, durations, attraction levels, and Elixir costs were corrected. Missing Pawpsicle sources were also added, and a few token names were cleaned up so the same token is not accidentally treated as two separate items.

The Obtained Through information for Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde has also been completed.

🏰 More complete Collection Completion totals

Collection Completion now tracks more than just characters and Park Inventory.

Your collection totals can now include:

  • Characters
  • Costumes
  • Parade Floats
  • Attractions
  • Decorations
  • Concessions

This should provide a more accurate picture of how complete each collection really is.

✨ Moving your progress into V2143

Returning players should use Migration Tool 1.14.

Testing successfully moved all 1,835 existing progress records into the new release with no unmatched records or blocking errors.

The 39 newly added V2143 quest and Park Inventory records stayed blank and ready for players to complete normally.

The migration can carry over supported progress such as:

A Little Spring Cleaning for the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide - V2142

Spring has arrived in the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide! 🌷🌎

V2142 brings the workbook forward to game version 2.0.0 - The Spring & Earth Day Update. For this focused seasonal release, I added the missing Spring costume information, brought the Earth Day Stand into the park checklist, and cleaned up the placement and data for Jumpin’ Jellyfish.

This is a smaller update, but it fills in the Spring and Earth Day details. I have started working on the next update (Zootopia) so if you would rather wait than download the new version and migrate then you should have no issues as long as you are using the latest migration tool :)

After opening the migrated workbook in Excel, press F9 so the totals and guides refresh.

The tracker is now a little greener, a little more organized, and ready to continue growing into the next game update. Thank you to everyone following along as I work through the game’s history one version at a time!

🌹 DMK Complete Tracker & Guide V2141 Is Here! Beauty and the Beast Event + Chip and Dale Update 🐿️

Be our guest—the DMK Complete Tracker & Guide has reached Game Version 1.9.0!

This release covers the Beauty and the Beast Event and the Chip and Dale Update, bringing a large new group of quests, attractions, decorations, characters, and other items into the tracker.

Chip and Dale may have made a little mess along the way, but the workbook has also received several improvements that should make it easier to use.

🌹 What has been added?

V2141 includes:

  • 69 new quests
  • 25 new Park Inventory items
  • Beauty and the Beast event attractions, decorations, and concessions
  • The Chip 'n' Dale Treehouse
  • The Enchanted Tiki Room
  • New story and side-quest progress
  • Additional character and attraction information

The release also adds three more Cars characters to the tracker:

  • Cruz Ramirez
  • Jackson Storm
  • Maddy McGear

Their Character Book pages are included as well.

🐿️ A much easier costume tracker

The costume section has received a major makeover.

You now enter your costume ownership and token amounts in the main costume sheets, while the workbook shows which costumes are ready to unlock and what you are still missing.

Magic and Gems are entered on the Summary page, so you no longer need to keep separate balances in different places.

In other words: fewer places to update, less confusion, and a clearer view of your costume progress.

📖 Character Book improvements

The Character Book section has been cleaned up and made easier to expand.

It now tracks page completion and remaining Gem rewards more reliably, while making it safer to add new characters in future releases.

Missing Merlin level information and the Enchanted Tiki Room attraction levels have also been added.

🔍 More token sources

A problem with the Wiki had caused some token sources to be missing from the available data.

That issue has now been corrected, so I went back through the workbook, checked the affected tokens, and added the missing sources I could verify.

Several token names were also cleaned up so the same token is not accidentally treated as two different items.

✨ Moving your progress into V2141

Returning players should use Migration Tool 1.13.

Testing successfully moved all 1,737 existing progress records into the new release. Newly added V2141 content stayed blank and ready for players to complete normally.

The migration can carry over supported progress such as:

  • Character levels
  • Costumes and costume tokens
  • Attractions and floats
  • Completed quests
  • Park Inventory
  • Magic and Gems

After opening the migrated workbook in Excel, press F9 so the totals and guides refresh.

Thank you to everyone who continues to use the tracker, report mistakes, and help improve each release.

I hope the new costume pages, cleaner Character Book, restored token sources, and Beauty and the Beast and Chip and Dale content make tracking your Kingdom a little easier.

Now I just need to find out where Chip and Dale hid the last acorn. 🌹🐿️

Happy haunting! 🎃👻

PS: I do want to let you all know I use AI to create the extremely detailed change log... I would completely burn myself out if I worked on the Tracker AND created that PDF haha. I have decided to make it look a little better (and may start hiding easter eggs in the cover in future releases). Here is the cover of the latest version.
