Want to play mw 2005 for the first time. What are the best graphics mods ?

Title.

I want the refined vanilla experience since this will be my first playthrough. So no overhauling mods like car packs, cheats, driving changes or things that change the core gameplay. I want to experience vanilla before jumping into that stuff.

QOL mods that fix shortcomings or mods that make it closer to xbox and the likes are okay.

Graphically, i want a mod that modernises the graphics to today's standard as i find the 360 era blurry piss filter hard to look at. But i would like to keep the original aesthetics of the game aswell. Iike something that improves the graphics, tones down the aged look but also keeps the vibe of the original.

Ive seen rework 2.0 which to me looks like something that improved on the original look while keeping the vibe. Modern edition/enhanced rework changes the look drastically but does look good so im conflicted.

Please suggest how to proceed with modding this game.

Help regarding kefine klean sv

From multiple reviews ive gathered thet kefine klean has very shouty sibilant treble with thinner than accurate vocals. Even reviewers who prefer bright sounding iems had the same opinions.

But the people from this sub swear by it and i havent seen many people having this same complaint. Is it really that shouty as the reviews claim it to be ?

Need advice on OOOPUSX op.22

EDIT : I guess i should say this first to give you guys a better idea about my taste profile. Ive tried truthear hola before but found them too bassy and lacking clarity/treble for my tastes. I want more neutral/flat sounding iems

This is probably going to be my first iem. I am looking for as flat sound signature as possible around 35-40 dollars. From hangout audio's review they said these sound comparable to truthear hexa. I need confimation on whether this is actually true. Most reviews say they sound great on non bass boost mode (which is the one i intend to use) but some say that this iem is just mediocre and there are better options available.

Apart from that im also looking at kefine klean sv and kiwi ears cadenza but they have more of a v shape signature rather than a flat one. I dont mind getting these if the bass is not too much. Need further opinion on whether i should get one of these and the eq them to be flat.

Any other suggestions for flat or neutral bright signature iem around this price would also be appreciated

Which iem to buy under 3.5k ?

Hello everyone, i am going to buy my first iems. Ive only used budget studio headphones up till this point and am overwhelmed by the amount of options. What im looking for is a neutral/flat sound signature with base, just enough to feel the thump without it mudding/overpowering the mids and the highs. I like rich vocals with good treble but not too harsh that it gets fatiguing to listen after a while.

Another thing that is very important to me is sound stage. I know iem arent supposed to have sound stage like a proper over the head headphone, but ive tried truthear hola and felt the sound too 'boxed' in for my taste. It felt like the sound played directly inside my head and not around my ears. So a little sound stage would help a lot.....

Someone recommended me ooopusx .22. Hangout audio said they are comparable to truthear hexa, and ive seen the graph to be similar. From what ive gathered hexa is a great choice for under 8k and to get something near that level at my price point would be brilliant. But I'm a bit skeptical since these seem to relatively new and this company doesnt seem to have an established reputation.

Therefore before i make a purchase decision i wanted to consult you guys since you guys would know better. Are there better/other options available at the price ? Does ooopusx .22 fit what im looking for ?
