One of the current challenges right now is to run your fastest mile ever.
Sure, fine if you are young or new to running. But how many people will this actually apply to?
I'm 60 and my fastest mile was MANY years ago.
I was poking around Balboa Island in Newport Beach California and found this street name. Pa'U Hana Rd. which basically means finished work in Hawaiian.
This "Road" is an alley and the other alleys on the Island are not named. No street signs on street view have this name.
I wonder how someone sneaks in a name.

So, for May there was an IAMS walk 150 minutes with your dog challenge. I've been walking my 12 year old arthritic dog trying to finish this one.
A couple of days ago this challenge was just gone
