Good deli, sandwich shops and farm shops in Derby and Derbyshire

Looking for recommendations.

For a deli, sandwich shop or farm shops in Derby and Derbyshire.

My local supermarket had a good deli which I would use but it closed down after covid.

I’ve been to Super Sam in Normanton and they have a really good deli counter.

Good selection in there and affordable prices.

I bought six slices of two different types of ham and both were under a £1.

Also like the selection of biscuits they have there.

Worth having a look if you like a tea and a biscuit at work or at home.

The café in there also does cakes, hot dogs and sandwiches at good prices.

Can anyone recommend any other deli’s, sandwich shops or farm shops that are local in Derby and maybe into Derbyshire

Good cafes along EMR

Been to Nottingham for the afternoon from Derby. Looks like there are some nice stations on the way. Looking forward to doing a coffee crawl.

Can anyone recommend some good cafes in Spondon, Long Eaton, Attenborough and Beeston. Either in the stations or close by

the best pub, cafe restaurant gardens in Derby and Derbyshire

Looking for recommendations.
For great pub, cafe and restaurant gardens in Derby and Derbyshire.
Went to the Little Eaton garden centre a couple of weeks back.
Really liked the restaurant and the food there.
Great to hear some recommendations from you guys.
Thinking of just going a little bit out of Derby to Mackworth and Shardlow.
And trying the Farmhouse in Mackworth and the Clock Warehouse in Shardlow.
Anyone got any recommendations for great food, friendly staff and great gardens to enjoy eating out.
The weathers good so would include pubs, cafes and restaurants in Derby or other towns and villages like Belper, Ashbourne and Buxton.

some old favourites at the farmers market

Went to the farmers market on Sunday.

The weather was definitely ice cream weather.

But cool inside the Market Hall.

Listened to Laura Clinton in the square, the Rock choir and Lady Lindy inside.

Thought all three were really talented.

Some real old favourites.

I enjoyed the friends and Back to the future theme tunes by the Rock Choir.

Had a really good feeling in there when everyone stopped to sing and then clap them afterwards.

Anybody else enjoy the day and join in for the sing along?

anybody thought what life is like in Paris France,

and would like a look before going to visit,

book a mate or a date and go and see Amelie at the Quad this Thursday 30 April.

There's a showing in the afternoon at 12.00 and another at 17.30.

A peek into the life of Amelie, a quirky waitress in Montmartre.

A good film, if you like a great story and to be whisked away to Paris for 123 minutes.
