Shoulders on fire
So I started just started saber the other day and it’s fun but my shoulders were on fire!! I could not hold my saber up for long at all!!. I believe this may be because I fight (Kickboxing and Muaythai). The day before my first day of saber was spar day at my gym so I’m pretty sure that played a role in the shoulder fatigue. But my question is, for you all that are active in other avenues, not just hema/wma that are avid gym goers or my fight or do some other combat sport, how did you manage your shoulder pains or pains in general or how do you all space out your training days so the shoulders aren’t an issue? Or is this just something that will go away with time?
