We looked after our friend's dog recently and were really concerned that he was suffering with seizures. Each time he laid down, he would start to fall asleep, and just as he was dropping off he would twitch and startle, sometimes wobbling, and would often jump up and pace around before settling again. He would do this pretty much every time he started to fall asleep, so just wouldn't get any sleep in the day. I have over 10 videos similar to the one attached. Overnight it seems to happen less. We have a dog ourselves and know what it looks like when they dream, and this seems quite different.

Our friend took him to the vet and they ran bloods, but said all looked ok and he was probably just feeling unwell (he had a pancreatitis flare up around the same time). Does anyone else think that it's more than that?

Only in the past few weeks have I started to digitally swatch my manis. It was sort of an accident – I took a couple of photos in the same hand pose I liked (I've struggled with this for so long as I hate how my hand looks in most!) and then added them to an album on my phone. And since then I've just kept adding to the album each time I paint a new set.

I've never been into the idea swatching but I get it now! Just without the extra physical baggage lol. It's very satisfying!

It's only as I come to this part of the post I realise what a mammoth job I've set myself by including so many photos... here goes...

Oh what a soulless spot this was when we first moved into our house. I knew it had potential, but I've been astonished by how quickly it has been transformed by these beauties. What endless joy they bring us. From May to as late as December(!), we enjoy these blooms. The fence soaks up the heat of the sun and keeps them warm into the night, keeping them very happy indeed. I'm so happy they're gracing us with their beauty and fragrance again for another season.
