2 part question. Idk why I have 3 Poweramp apps and how can I see which one is the "real one"?. Also do I need the equalizer and unlocker apps? I'm on a Motorola android

Curious if there's a way to edit this area at the bottom in terms of only showing artist and song without album for simplicity and also removing some of the options that appear when clicking through them such as folders, output device, Library etc.
