My team is scared of AI. How do I lead through this without losing everyone

Based in London. I lead a team of 12 in a mid size marketing agency. Since we introduced AI tools for content and analytics, half my team is terrified they will be replaced. The other half is quietly updating their CVs. Productivity is down and morale is worse.

I have been reading about how to lead through technological disruption. There is a difference between managing change and actually helping people feel safe enough to adapt. I am trying to figure out how to address the fear without pretending AI is not coming for some tasks. Does anyone have a framework or a way to talk about this that does not sound like corporate nonsense.

Hormone balance experiment for low energy and mood swings

I’ve been trying to figure out why my energy and focus tanked over the last year. Blood work showed testosterone on the lower end of normal and estrogen creeping up.

I tried the usual route first: magnesium, vitamin D, omega 3, ashwagandha. They helped a little, but not enough to feel like myself again.

After talking with a friend who’s into this stuff, I started focusing on hormone balance instead of stacking random supplements. I’ve been using T Breakthrough from Beyond Alpha for a couple of months and the change has been more steady energy and less brain fog. I also ran a short course of their EstroControl, which helped even things out when irritability was a problem.

Still experimenting, but this approach feels more targeted than the kitchen-sink method I was stuck in before

i’ll have like 2 normal days, then suddenly everything flips. yesterday was fine until lunch, had chicken and potatoes, nothing weird, then about an hour later, pressure, gas, stomach noises non stop. lasted like 4 hours. this has been happening at least 5 times this month. tried low fodmap for about 10 days, helped a bit but not consistent.

been reading around and saw ENTEROSGEL mentioned as something that can help clear out irritants from the gut, sounds interesting but also not sure if it actually works for sibo type issues or if it’s more for something else. has anyone here used it or found better ways to deal with these random flare ups?
