Mahoraga is already difficult enough to kill as it is due to his high HP, adapting, and 3 high power movesets, but on top of that he gets access to burst. Killing Mahoraga is usually a team effort due to how powerful it is, it used to not have burst, but now it does for some reason. This makes it extremely difficult to kill and basically allows them to run rampant, as every time you try to jump them it results in burst healing them back to max essentially.
