My friend was in his settings and found out he had a second account all this time that he had when he was much younger. When he clicked on it, he got kicked from the app and can't get back on, he's met with this screen every time.

The thing is, he's not inactive, we've been playing almost daily during our breaks, and not to mention we've both spent considerable amounts of money trying to max our bases (gold passes and the (very) occasional shop bundle).

Does anyone know how to fix this? Can Supercell help? We found a thread from ages ago, that said that if he was on IOS, he'd need to factory reset his phone, which is sort of ridiculous.
