Reporting injury

Two days ago i was unloading and banged my forearm into the end of the conveyor, the part that you hit to make it back up, and it hurt at the time but nothing that made me have any red flags. Next day, the day is going normally and then at my last truck of the night i have a sharp pain in the spot where i struck my forearm. Hard to pick up anything at this point, now today before going into work i iced my forearm and made sure to stretch it out plenty before working yet the pain is still very sharp and prevalent. I’m nervous to report an injury, i know that sounds ridiculous but don’t want supes to be pissy or say i should’ve filed when it happened. Never been injured before at a job so im hesitant. Hoping it’s just some soreness or something along the lines of that but worried it’s something worse based on how hard and painful it is to lift anything. I’m also nervous about a drug test (no i wasn’t under the influence at work) but i do partake in a certain “hobby” outside of work. Honestly lost, any comments are appreciated and apologies for long winded post.

Help w/ bid sheet

Saw this bid sheet and sorta confused about it. It says “Open to 22.3 employees” does that mean only 22.3’s or just including them as well? Also what does “Not in progression” mean? Regarding the duties of the job i’m assuming first half of the shift is switching trailers and second half you work inside hub? Thanks for any comments, hesitant to even sign it because everybody who has signed has more seniority than me

Calling out

My seniority date is 03/02/26, I haven’t called out once and am wondering if it’s okay to call out since I haven’t earned any days yet or if i should tough it out and go in. Really don’t want to be disciplined or put my job in jeopardy but having a dental procedure and expect to be in a lot of pain afterwards. Thanks for any comments

I’m an unloader looking for some gloves that won’t be torn up after a week, anyone know of any decent ones? I’ve been using WL Gripper gloves but $7.99 to last a week isn’t the best.
