Hi all, after months working on this and many releases, its pretty feature complete. 4.14 is now out, free and open source as usual. Raise an issue if you come across any bugs/enhancement requests.

Just a quick one - It's the weekend. Fire up your Sonos speakers, queue up a chill or party playlist, kick off the Back of the Club visualisation, grab a drink or whatever you fancy and sit back and relax.

A while back I posted about an Apple Silicon native macOS Sonos controller I'd built for myself — free and open source, runs entirely on your local network, no cloud account, no just the Sonos setup and services you already have. The post got more interest than I expected for what I considered a niche requirement and a bunch of people sent issues/requests, which have culminated in v4.0.
Quick note though: the project has been renamed from SonosController to Choragus. It's the evolution of the same code, same maintainer — the rename is in respect of the Sonos trademark. If you were already running the previous version, v4.0 arrives as a fresh app (different bundle ID), so you'll need to re-authenticate whatever services required for your setup one time. Most presets etc should come across.
It is signed and notorised by Apple so no prompts or warnings. It should just run.
