Boss wants to hire me directly.
Been working for this company for less than a year pa lang and the boss recently told me they wanted to hire me directly. I was just referred to them so I got the job. Now they want to hire me directly bypassing the person who referred me.
What can I do? I need and want the job but afraid of burning bridges most especially since they are in contract with the person who referred me. Although, wala namin kaming kontrata nung nag-refer sakin.
