I have a feeling it's too much volume, but let me know your thoughts. I take a Rest between each set of 3, so PPLRPPLR. Rest days are steady state 45-mins of cardio.

Bodybuilding Coach in YYC

Posting here because I don't got enough of that sweet karma to post in r/Calgary.

Just wondering, what're your recommendations for a bodybuilding coach in Calgary? Does not have to be necessarily natty. Could be someone in Edmonton that does online coaching, but prefer in person in Calgary.

I'd say I'm an intermediate gym goer, doing a succesful body recomp but looking to dial in further and potentially do a show if I have potential.

In terms of skin tightening/improving laxity, does injectable GHK-Cu target the worse areas first or is it more of a gradual, overall effect across the body?

For example, my face has the best skin quality and my stomach has the worst skin quality. Followed by my chest, then bum.

Would it target the stomach first, then chest, then bum - so it would know to target the area with poorer skin quality first?

I'm thinking a serum is more appropriate in this case for specific area concerns, but curious how injectables work.
