Song with Can't See Me's beat but swear the lyrics/vocals were different

Was in Asda before and heard the beat to Can't See Me. I thought "Oh they've got a bit of Ian Brown on" then heard completely different lyrics and vocals. Recorded a bit on my phone in the hope I could shazam it, but the noise of customers and the tills drowned it out.

There's a good My Star joke in there somewhere, but I can't think of it.

Any ideas what the song could be?

Calculating when employment ended

Hi all,

A girl at my workplace was fired (received PILON) last month and we're just trying to calculate her annual leave entitlement. Due to her having joined in March, there's the rounding up rule so it could net her an extra £50 so worth looking into.

It's a night shift, which starts at 10pm and ends at 6am. She was terminated at 23:45 on 5th June as per the leaving notes, but the clock in system has her signing out at 00:15 on 6th June. Without the termination, she would have finished her shift at 6am on 6th June.

For the purpose of calculating her entitlement, did her employment end on the 5th or 6th?

Can you use SARs for SSP/Holiday calculation? [ENGLAND]

Hi,

Asking on behalf of a lad who's SEN at my workplace. He's been employed for 3+ years and went off sick last month for roughly 1 month. When off sick our company's clock in system reduces your holiday entitlement, making it out like you've got part time. We know this is illegal. Two questions.

Can he use an SAR to get the company to explain how it has calculated his holiday entitlement? (reduced from the statutory 28 to around 26.5)

Can he use an SAR to get the company to explain how it has calculated his SSP for the time he was off sick?

He has emailed HR for both things asking why his allocation has been reduced and how his SSP was calculated as we dont believe his SSP payment is right.

Molly, now 12, as a pup

Left, Molly as a pup aged 11 weeks when we first got her.

Right, Molly 11 years old last christmas. Forgot how dark she was as a pup.

Never forget my dad coming home from work just to see this ball of fluff running around the front room. "She's not staying" he said. 12 years later...

Use an SAR to get details re: my sick days from work?

Hi all, can I use a Subject Access Request to get details of what days my work has me down as having been sick and what reasons? I haven't had any sick days, however myself and my colleagues believe that management have been falsifying records to try and manage people out.
