Korean grammer and vocab

Hey! Im currently studying Korean and I love everything about it. I spend a lot of time learning grammar on how to study korean, but my vicab is very limited.
Is there a balance, so I should study a bit of both each day? Or is it normal and words will come after gramma knowledge.
Because then I might make flashcards each day, so learn some words also^^

Questions about Adjektives and Verbs + about Korean exposure

I got 2 questions. While learning Korean I have gotten a korean friend which I text. I also study ln a website called “how to study Korean”, the website says a sentence must end on either a verb or an adjektive. My Korean friend said thats not exacly the case, that it can pretty much be anywhere? Or maybe I missunderstood.

Second question. If I want to expose myself to the Korean language in my dsy to day life. What can you recommend? (Cant turn my phone to Korean, because I got important stuff I need to understand”

23 y/o with Morbus Crohn and potentially bowel obstruction??

Hello. I’m 23 years old and I have had diagnosed Morbus Crohn for a little over a year.
I have allways had intense stumache pain regularly and especially after meals I get breakouts. It can last up to multiple hours and its a big struggle to get any progress on the toilett.
7 month ago I had intense pain and couldnt walk so I was sent to the hospital, where I started “Biological Medicine” I believe its called.
After I started medicine it has been slightly better, but its still very controlling of my everyday life. Last week I visited my parents for 1 day, but was stuck for 3 days due to stumache/gut breakout.
Yesterday I had a call with a nurse and she told me about something called “Bowel Obstruction”, which I have never heard about before. She told me it was something to be familiar with “the term”, when having Morbus Crohn. She told me about it and I also looked it up after to confirm.
It made me feel very happy in a sense, because it has been very demotivating to not know what the problem with my gut was, since I was on medication.
I know its sure or anything that it is the case, but I can agree to every single symptom.
So my question is, has anyone of you experienced something like it and how did you get treated?
I’m going to do a lot of test at the hospital in the comming weeks, so they will figure it out. Im mostly just curious to know about similar experiences from different people.
Ty for reading^^
