I bought these headphones a few weeks ago, and they had been working just fine. I had the base station plugged into the first USB port on the front of my computer, not directly into the motherboard. Then, all of a sudden, it stopped working and there was no audio.

I restarted my PC, reset the device, and spent hours trying to fix the issue. As soon as I unplugged it and switched to another USB port, it worked perfectly fine again. However, when I woke up the next day, the same thing happened: it no longer worked in that USB port.

I’m worried that the base station might be damaging my USB ports. For now, I’ve connected it to a USB port on the back of my computer, and it’s working normally again. However, I’m concerned that it could damage my motherboard next.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
