Today my EQ7 stopped moving up and down (down only in mini increments) and is showing errer code E32 (and sRT when trying to get it downwards). Flexispot chat asked met for a video and order number (which I provided), but has not answered me for 3 hours after that. When I try calling nobody is picking up (waited for a long time). Is this normal for flexispot? Im getting worried this is going te be a drama to get fixed...
