Couple beginner questions. How do i get the gloves on when by myself? How do i properly clean them after?
Just got a pair of boxing gloves for me and my son (14) to share until he gets his own pair and I was wondering, how do I clean the inside of these things after exercise and also how do I get them on by myself? We don’t always work out at the same time so we can’t always help each other get them on, I’ve always used fingerless MMA gloves when on the heavy bag but he wants to use boxing gloves. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
