I am very frustrated: whether grinding espresso or pour over (recently it’s been consistent pour over at 55) I am doing RDT, still getting some chaff, and having persistent problems with retention and chute clogging. First pic is after 2 days with bellowing during and after grind. Not allowing 2nd pic but I have more coffee after using a small paint brush is after grinding 40g of coffee. Clearly I need to tear down the machine and clean as I got 40.3 out.

What gives? I’ve posted here in the remote past, it just feels like a retention/clogging prone design from a reasonably expensive grinder.
