My wife's job hunt. Looking for advice to help her.

My wife has been an LPN for almost 10 years now, primarily in home health care. I think she is burnt out and looking more for a "desk job" as that whole time has been bedside care. I want to help her find a good career move but am not very knowledgeable in the field as I am not a medical professional. Ideally, I think she is looking at care coordinator positions, but due to the technicality that she can only hold a current in state license because of the program she was in, options can be limited. Any information to relay or advice would be greatly appreciated as I don't want her to be miserable in a new career path.

Needing to buy an SUV but not wanting to get screwed

I'm just looking for any advice on warning signs, carvana fine print, etc.

I'm looking at Honda, Toyota, and Subaru SUV's in the 2012-2020 range. I've always heard these are "bulletproof" but I know everything has some flaws. I've also been warned not to go near a CVT transmission but practically all of these have one. I'm needing to get my wife something reliable and has a decent life span.

I was planning to have it delivered straight to my mechanic for a thorough inspection, but any info/recommendations would be really helpful as I've only ever directly bought one car in my entire life.
