I saw that there will be like 75%! rain on the days of the festival. This is my first time coming. Thoughts?

Im going with my brother who is 16. We are not from England, and english is our second language so will there be people around his age? Also are people overall friendly and etc

I heard its overall a chiller experience but is there a chance for uh how do you say.. debauchery?

And how is security? Is it easier to go in and out around the camp or is it stricter?
