is it just me or are loads of people also being plagued by thoughts of the world dying in front of our eyes and the rich people are doing fuck all to help. that this world is not worth clinging to.

i think about becoming vegan or veggie. but i can’t give up seafood and chicken.

i think about cycling to work.

i just dk how i can help make a difference in anything.

i have Zuigerphobia and i’ve had it since i was 9 months old. i recently started to get over it with my therapist (literally last friday) and my homework this week was to type the words, read them in my head and then say them out loud to myself.

it’s terrifying and i don’t like it. but i am so tired of avoiding places and people and activities because of it. i feel so embarrassed about this phobia, only my parents and partner and 2 friends know i have it. it’s a phobia for a toddler/child but its tied to trauma for me.

does anyone else suffer from this? i just wanna know that im not alone because it feels like no one else has this phobia.

Has anyone successfully made natural dyes from lemon skins? If so, how did it go? Also if you have any suggestions to get bold yellow colours out of natural materials lemme know :)) thank u!!
