12vhpwr cables. A850gl pcie5

I don’t have original cables for the PSU. I was wondering if all 12vhpwr to 12vhpwr cables (16pin to 16pin) work with all PSUs with the same outputs. If so, could I get that cable and adapter to plug into 2x6+2 input of 9070xt GPU?

I was told (on Reddit) the daisy chain connected isn’t rated up to 304W that the GPU needs. Can I look for 2 8 pin PCIE cables that connect to the GPU from the PCIE outputs on the PSU.

I have a 1080p and it’s gross to look at. Makes my PC upgrade seem pointless. I like decent contrast and decent colours and at least 100Hz. Just need an all rounder really
