Hey guys,

I recently dropped the stem on my road bike by removing two spacers. I reassembled everything in the correct order (top cap first, then stem bolts), but now the steering feels super light. Everything feels solid and there’s no knock or play when I hold the front brake, but it feels way more twitchy than it did before. It’s become a bit harder to keep the bike on a straight line when pedaling hard.

Is this normal? Or did I potentially leave the headset too loose? I don’t have a torque wrench so I’m doing this all by feel.
