Just venting. I had a van scheduled months ahead, and today, 3 days before its expected, they cancel it for safety. Okay. Turo wasn't much help but after speaking to a supervisor was able to at least get a credit to help with the new costs of booking same week for a band's tour. Then that vehicle cancels due to the host "being new" and getting confused about how to list and didn't mean to list it. This leaves me and my band in a bind last minute to travel from Indiana to Baltimore for something we cannot cancel. Very frustrating and due to the last minute nature, potentially extremely expensive even though it was planned far ahead of time. Will never use Turo again.
