At the end of the month i'm going to be spend a couple days hiking on the Sunrise side. I would love to also see the Paradise side and hike Skyline, but the only opportunity I'll have to do that would get me there around 2 in the afternoon. I know that's the crowded side and the parking lot fills up, but are there enough people leaving in the afternoon that it's not unreasonable to think I'll find parking?

Just got a letter from BofA that I would’ve thrown out had I not thought it was a credit card bill. Apparently they are adding mandatory arbitration to the already-existing terms and conditions. They are also adding that as part of it, you can’t ever be part of a class-action. I actually bothered to read through some of it and buried in the text was that it is possible to opt-out. So I did. While I have no plans to ever sue my CC company, why voluntarily give up any rights? If you get one of these, read the fine print for your options!
